Abstract

Studiul include două mici compartimente, unul – care elucidează un șir de interogaţii pe marginea valorificării proprietăţii intelectuale în domeniul educaţiei, respectării drepturilor de autor ale pedagogilor și cercetătorilor din domeniul vizat, și altul – care oferă un șir de accepţiuni și precizări teoretice cu privire la aplicarea corectă a explicaţiei știinţifi ce în același context.
