Stimulente vs. comportamente: cazul studiilor de doctorat

Abstract

Articolul abordează problema schimbărilor instituţionale survenite în organizarea studiilor de doctorat în Republica Moldova și consecinţele acestora la nivel comportamental. Se încearcă a explica consecinţele negative survenite sub forma unui număr excesiv de mare de școli doctorale, a reducerii numărului de doctoranzi înmatriculaţi și a subfi nanţării studiilor doctorale prin efecte de preţ și de imagine, generate de contracte incomplete și activităţi care au sporit considerabil incertitudinea în domeniul pregătirii cadrelor de înaltă calificare. În baza analizei efectuate, autorul propune o serie de recomandări în vederea creării stimulentelor necesare reducerii decalajelor survenite și formării unor comportamente adecvate la nivel instituţional și personal.
