Edificarea societății bazate pe cunoaştere în Republica Moldova: practici bune, orientări, probleme, sugestii

Abstract

Sunt prezentate măsurile întreprinse în Republica Moldova, în perioada 1993-2017, pentru edificarea societăţii bazate pe cunoaștere, promovarea calităţii în sfera ştiinţei şi inovării şi în cea a pregătirii cadrelor ştiinţifice, pilonii principali ai dezvoltării durabile a societăţii, utilizarea instrumentelor informatice pentru evaluarea activităţii CDI. Autorul evidenţiază părţile forte și cele slabe ale procesului, imixtiunea factorului politic, propunând soluţii pentru ameliorarea situaţiei în domeniul dat, prin diversificarea și amplificarea finanţării, modificarea actelor normative.
