Protecţia soiurilor în Republica Moldova. Studiu de caz Miscanthus giganteus

Abstract

Republica Moldova dispune de foarte puţine resurse energetice fosile proprii, depinzând totalmente de ţările furnizoare. Iată de ce se impune cu necesitate valorificarea fitomasei energetice. Pentru producerea biomasei pe scară industrială este necesar să fie selectate, ameliorate şi implementate culturi energetice care valorifică la maximum energia solară fotosintetică activă pe durata perioadei de vegetaţie și acumulează o cantitate considerabilă de substanţe uscate, cu cheltuieli optime de fondare şi cheltuieli reduse de întreţinere, recoltare şi procesare. În acest sens, cea mai indicată este specia de Miscanthus giganteus. Din acest considerent este necesară protejarea soiului dat, în conformitate cu Legea nr. 39-XVI/2008 privind protecţia soiurilor de plante, precum şi protejarea drepturilor intelectuale ale autorilor unor astfel de soiuri.
