Abstract

Proprietatea intelectuală este reglementată de o serie de convenţii internaţionale, însă nu definește „drepturile internaţionale” ale proprietăţii intelectuale, stabilind doar procedurile de recunoaștere a drepturilor deja recunoscute într-un stat sau pe teritoriul altui stat. Acest articol cuprinde abordarea juridică și analiza comparativă a legislaţiei naţionale civile, administrative și penale privind protecţia drepturilor de autor și încălcările care se comit în ţara noastră, consecinţele acestor încălcări. Au fost formulate mai multe puncte de vedere care urmează a fi luate în considerare.
