Abstract

În articol sunt expuse aspectele răspunderii juridice pentru crearea confuziei, precum și rolul răspunderii juridice în prevenirea și contracararea acesteia. Identificând o serie de lacune care permit eschivarea de la răspunderea concurentului prin acţiuni nelegale, autorul vine cu o propunere de îmbunătăţire a legislaţiei în vigoare.
