Inovarea ca factor de dezvoltare a ÎMM-urilor din Republica Moldova

Abstract

În condiţiile concurenţei acerbe, inovarea nu mai reprezintă o alegere, ci mai curând o necesitate, fiind considerată una dintre principalele forţe motrice ale dezvoltării economice a organizaţiilor, în special, a IMM-urilor. În Republica Moldova, IMM-urile reprezintă partea cea mai importantă a agenţilor economici. Totuşi, rezervele considerabile ale sectorului IMM nu sunt suficient exploatate. Еxistă mulţi factori care împiedică dezvoltarea inovării în întreprinderile mici şi mijlocii din Republica Moldova. Lucrarea urmăreşte scoaterea în evidenţă a principalelor bariere cu care se confruntă IMM-urile în procesul de inovare. Autorii analizează, de asemenea, importanţa sectorului IMM pentru economia naţională şi rolul inovării în dezvoltarea IMM-urilor, precum și rolul incubatoarelor de inovare şi al parcurilor ştiinţifico-tehnologice ca factori importanţi în implementarea inovaţiilor. Totodată, autorii propun soluţiile privind îmbunătăţirea dezvoltării activităţii de inovare în IMM-uri.
