Abstract

Prezentul studiu este bazat pe instituţia concursului ca formă a pluralităţii de infracţiuni în dreptul penal, în special pe concursul real de infracţiuni. Concursul real de infracţiuni a fost examinat în dimensiunile sale teoretice și practice. A fost argumentată importanţa concursului real de infracţiuni și formele acestuia, clasificarea concursului real atât în raport cu doctrina naţională, cât și cu doctrina altor state și, nu în ultimul rând, a fost argumentată importanţa concursului real cu conexitate și formele acestuia
