Abstract

Dreptul de autor și drepturile conexe sunt protejate în Republica Moldova prin intermediul unui mecanism legal, fiind stabilită răspunderea pentru violarea acestor drepturi. Acest articol conţine un studiu comparativ al formelor de răspundere pentru încălcarea dreptului de autor și a drepturilor conexe. Autorul descrie premisele și trăsăturile specifice pentru diferite forme ale răspunderii. Această lucrare cuprinde un comentariu detaliat al reglementărilor legislaţiei naţionale și a opiniilor teoreticienilor pe marginea temei abordate, precum și o descriere detaliată a conţinutului dreptului de autor și a drepturilor conexe.
