Abstract

Oamenii sunt tot mai conștienți de necesitatea formării unei societăți bazate pe cunoaștere. Orice țară, pentru a deveni prosperă, trebuie să dezvolte armonios cercetarea științifică, să promoveze creativitatea și să angajeze mai multe persoane în activitatea inovativă. Funcționalitatea sistemului economic al țării noastre, adesea marcată de incertitudine și risc, uneori chiar ostilitate, depinde, în mod esențial, de cercetarea științifică și rezultatele ei. Acest articol abordează situația din domeniul cercetării, problemele cu care se confruntă comunitatea științifică din țara noastră în procesul de aplicare a Acordului de Asociere între Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană
