Travail et developpement : levolution des nouvelles formes de travail et d’emploi en developpement dans le secteur de l’Attieke en Cote d’Ivoire

Abstract

The Attiéké, is traditionally produced by women constituted teams in villages Ebrié, Adjoukrou, Alladian, Avikam, Attie, and Ahizi, saw its production popularized, requiring the installation, in villages and towns, small units production. As a result, we note the massive installations of small-scale crushers near the production groups. Even today ivory, the activity of manufacturing Attiéké offers at least seven (7) main job and at least nine (9) subsidiary jobs in the informal sector or informal words. These jobs once exclusively female seduced male skills through invigorating and promising perspectives offered by this sector. However, workers in this promising sector not in the general qualifications and competence competitive and modern production process. These are jobs dominated by labor illiterate or dropped out of primary school in general. This is a workforce with very low intellectual level, sometimes segmented by tasks that sometimes office jobs, exposed to physical and chemical hazards. Résumé: L’Attiéké, met traditionnellement produit par les femmes constituées en équipes dans des villages Ebrié, Adjoukrou, Alladian, Avikam, Attié, et les Ahizi, a vu sa production vulgarisée ; nécessitant l’installation, dans les villages et villes, de petites unités de production. Comme conséquence, nous notons des installations massives de petites unités de broyeuses à proximité des groupes de production. Aujourd’hui encore d’ivoire, l’activité de fabrication d’Attiéké offre au moins sept(7) emplois principaux et au moins neuf (9) emplois subsidiaires dans le secteur non structuré ou dit informel. Ces emplois jadis exclusivement féminins ont séduit des compétences masculine grâce aux perspectives vivifiantes et prometteuses qu’offre ce secteur. Cependant, les travailleurs de ce secteur porteur n’ont pas dans l’ensemble de qualification et compétence compétitive et moderne de procès de production. Ce sont des emplois dominés par une main d’oeuvre analphabètes ou les déscolarisés du cycle primaire en général. C’est une main d’oeuvre à très faible niveau intellectuel, segmenté parfois par tâches faisant parfois office d’emploi, exposé aux risques physiques et chimique.
