Abstract

The great employment pressure on Chinese graduates is rooted in a variety of factors:the imbalances of supply and demand in the labor market, problems of unreasonable setting in the curriculum system leading to structural unemployment, as well as graduate’s wishes regarding jobs. It is necessary for the government and universities to innovate the systems of the enrollment, curriculum and employment, in order to solve graduates’ employment difficulties
