The results showed that the implementation of employee capacity building in a one-stop integrated service was well implemented, this was influenced by several factors such as education, training, and assignment, employees understood the responsibilities in carrying out the tasks given by superiors and providing services to the people. The behavior of the apparatus needs to be corrected so that they are oriented to productivity and quality of work and prioritize the benefits of the general public and social justice.
