De coronacrisis als aanjager van digitale transformatie

Abstract

Uit de Nederlandse Innovatie Monitor 20202 blijkt dat de Coronacrisis als aanjager fungeert van digitale transformatie; het zwaartepunt van deze transformatie ligt echter nog op de toepasiing van nieuwe technologieën en in mindere mate op nieuwe vormen van waardecreatie, organisatorische veranderingen en financieel-stategische aspecten. Nederlandse bedrijven zettten vooral in op sleuteltechnologieën cloud copmuting, e-commerce en big data; bijna de helft van de ondervraagde bedrijven denkt dat de werkgelegenheid bij hun organisatie gaat toenemen als gevolg van digitale ontwikkelingen.
