The problematic fields mentioned in the article are based on the author's own observations in a number of large business organizations in Bulgaria. The research methodology is based on the identification of problem fields and synthesized presentation of design solutions for their overcoming. The results of the study are related to the ability of organizations to increase their competitiveness through targeted actions related to optimizing human resource management.
