Kajian Transaksi Non Tunai Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Pengguna E-Commerce (Masyarakat Muhammadiyah di Jakarta)

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis kajian transaksi cashless terhadap perilaku konsumtif pengguna e-commerce pada komunitas Muhammadiyah di Jabodetabek. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat Muhammadiyah. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah persepsi kemudahan pemakaian, sikap, niat perilaku, dan penggunaan sebenarnya dan variabel dependen adalah perilaku konsumtif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari keempat variabel independen tersebut hanya terdapat dua variabel independen yaitu (sikap dan penggunaan sebenarnya) yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif masyarakat Muhammadiyah pengguna e-commerce.
