Abstract

Pada era globolalisasi yang sangat pesat ini, perkembangan di kegiatan promosi juga semakin beragam dan kreatif sehingga dapat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan jual beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi promosi, buy one get one, dan sistem cod dalam jual beli menurut perspektif Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa startegi promosi, buy one get one, dan cod sudah sesuai dengan Hukum Islam, meskipun jual beli tersebut termasuk dalam jual beli online. Semua transaksi dan perbuatan di bidang muamalah diperbolehkan selama belum adanya dalil Al-Qur'an dan Al-Hadits yang menyebutkan pengharamannya.
