Abstract

Esta investigación analiza la satisfacción laboral en el sector de calzado del estado de Guanajuato, México, ante el impacto de la pandemia por COVID-19 (SLTPscalzado). Considerando las variables de condiciones laborales, y empresa segura y saludable como determinantes de SLTPScalzado. En el estudio participaron 231 colaboradores de la principal zona de calzado de México, que se ha visto seriamente afectada por el COVID. Para realizar el análisis, se modeló un sistema de ecuaciones estructurales que arrojo un buen ajuste para validar la dependencia entre las variables indicadas y SLTPscalzado. Determinando que los colaboradores perciben como elementos esenciales en sus condiciones laborales, la estabilidad económica, oportunidad de crecimiento y espacios de comunicación. Tambiénn creen que una empresa segura y saludable implica una gestión e infraestructura adecuada, factores que influyen en su satisfacción laboral.
