Glocalização, Reterritorialização e Transformação da Paisagem Agro-Rural: algumas Reflexões a Propósito

Abstract

Está em curso um processo paradigmático de glocalização assimétrica. O global corre muito mais velozmente do que o local, a desterritorialização muito mais depressa do que a reterritorialização, a deslocalização muito mais célere do que a relocalização. Por estas razões, o processo de glocalização é um campo instável entre forças centrípetas e forças centrífugas e a essa relação tensa são particularmente vulneráveis a agricultura, o ambiente e o desenvolvimento local. Adianto alguns princípios de doutrina e características básicas dos produtos glocais que podem recolocar os problemas actuais numa base de partida mais prometedora.
