Prognozowanie wydatków instytucji z wykorzystaniem modelu Kleina

Abstract

W opracowaniu przeprowadzono analizę i ocenę szeregu czasowego wydatków podmiotu badań. Zbadano rozkład rozpatrywanych danych, wykorzystując wykresy w postaci: histogramu, normalności oraz test Shapiro–Wilka. Następnie poszukiwano istnienie wartości odstających i ekstremalnych poprzez zastosowanie wy-kresu ramka-wąsy. Następnie zastosowano Twarze Chernoffa do wykrycia sezonowości w ujęciu miesięcznym w szeregu czasowym rozpatrywanych wydatków. Wykryte podczas analiz danych prawidłowości w postaci trendu i sezonowości zostały potwierdzone zbudowanym modelem zerojedynkowym regresji wielorakiej. W opracowaniu przeprowadzono prognozowanie szeregu czasowego wydatków stosując model Kleina. Ostatnim etapem ba-dań była analiza i ocena reszt uzyskanej prognozy. Prognoza wydatków na 2021 rok to kwota 575 248 346 zł, natomiast w 2022 roku wzrosła do poziomu 676 989 270 zł.
