Partnerska postawa jako skuteczny sposób prowadzenia negocjacji

Abstract

Artykuł jest próbą zaprezentowania jednej z możliwych postaw negocjacyjnych, jaką są negocjacje partnerskie. To podejście zostało przedstawione w kontekście samej istoty negocjacji oraz popularnych sposobów ich prowadzenia, czyli tzw. negocjacji miękkich oraz negocjacji twardych. W artykule wyjaśniono istotę partnerskiej postawy w negocjacjach, scharakteryzowano zasady jej prowadzenia oraz wskazano na potencjalne praktyczne korzyści wynikające z tego sposobu negocjowania.
