Abstract

W artykule zaprezentowano istotę indywidualnego rozwoju zawodowego pracowników w firmie. W artykule wyjaśniono zagadnienia związane z indywidualnym rozwojem pracowników w ujęciu najnowszej literatury przedmiotu. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na instrumenty rozwoju zawodowego pracowników. Celem niniejszej publikacji jest przedstawienie indywidualnego rozwoju zawodowego pracowników w świetle najnowszej teorii i praktyki zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w odniesieniu do przeprowadzonych badań. Główny problem badawczy zawiera się w pytaniu: czy planuje się indywidualny rozwój zawodowy pracowników w badanej firmie?
