Projekty Pomocowe Jako Przejaw Działalności Projektowej W Nato

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie problematyki związanej ze sposobem realizacji projektów pomocowych w NATO. Specyfika tych projektów wynika z ich wielonarodowego charakteru oraz zorientowania na cele niekomercyjne, służące zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa i stabilizacji po konflikcie. Dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki działań projektowych podejmowanych przez NATO, zwracając szczególną uwagę na projekty pomocowe realizowane w ramach funduszy powierniczych programu Partnerstwo dla Pokoju. Zaprezentowano głównych uczestników projektów, podkreślając ich znaczenie i zadania, omówiono także cykl życia takich projektów i sposób zarządzania nimi. Przedstawiono również wnioski i doświadczenia wynikające z kilkunastoletniej historii działalności projektowej w tym obszarze.
