Informatyczne wspomaganie procesów kadrowych w Siłach Zbrojnych RP na przykładzie sieciowego systemu ewidencji wojskowej „SEW on-line”

Abstract

Tematyka artykułu obejmuje istotne zagadnienie dotyczące informatycznego wspoma­gania procesów kadrowych w Sitach Zbrojnych RP. Na przykładzie sieciowego Systemu Ewidencji Wojskowej „SEW on-line" zaprezentowano praktyczne zastosowanie technologii informatycznych w procesach kadrowych. W pierwszej części publikacji przedstawiono istotę i rolę informatycznego sieciowego systemu ewidencji wojskowej. Druga część obejmuje charakterystykę i zakres praktycznego zastosowania „SEW on-line" w procesach kadrowych. Natomiast w trzeciej części wskazano korzyści wynikające z zastosowania „SEW on-line" w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi w Siłach Zbrojnych RP oraz możliwości jego udoskonalenia.
