Abstract

Zmiany zachodzące w organizacjach i wiążące się z nimi trudności w sprawnym zarządzaniu, angażowaniu pracowników w efektywne działanie na rzecz organizacji sprawiają, że przedsiębiorstwa nieustannie poszukują skutecznych narzędzi, które pomogą im sprawnie zarządzać firmą i monitorować jej dane oraz ich przepływ w czasie rzeczywistym. Jednym z takich narzędzi jest generator aplikacji na podstawie modeli BPMN zintegrowany z narzędziem klasy Business Intelligence - Qlik Sense. Komplet narzędzi pomaga w wielu aspektach funkcjonowania firmy, przynosi liczne korzyści, jednak jego kształto­wanie wymaga intencjonalnych działań na różnych płaszczyznach. Opracowany i zaprezentowany projekt wskazuje, że możliwe jest sprawne zarządzanie organizacją dzięki wykorzystaniu narzędzia klasy BPMN i BI.
