Abstract

Modelowanie i symulacja procesów biznesowych to obszar, który w ciągu ostatnich lat zaczął mieć ogromne znaczenie i cieszy się coraz większym zainteresowaniem. Celem niniejsze-go artykułu jest przybliżenie czytelnikom wiedzy na temat modelowania procesów biznesowych w narzędziach Aurea BPM i ARIS w zakresie procesu „dochodzenie epidemiologiczne”. Artykuł ma ponadto na celu przedstawienie, w jaki sposób modelowanie i symulacja procesów biznesowych wspierają przedsiębiorstwo w tworzeniu zintegrowanego systemu przetwarzania informacji. W artykule zaprezentowano skutki oraz zmiany, które mogą wystąpić w organizacji po wdrożeniu procesów biznesowych.
