Rola Oficera W Komunikacji Społecznej

Abstract

W artykule opisano oficera jako przedstawiciela elity środowiskowej, który pełni funkcję wzorcotwórczą i jest predestynowany do pogłębiania swej wiedzy na temat świadomości wpływu, jaki wywiera na społeczeństwo. Powyższe ujęcie uprawomocnia wpisanie umiejętności świadomej prezentacji w etos oficera. Treść artykułu odnosi się do wspólnej płaszczyzny odgrywania roli retora i kierownika (dowódcy) podczas zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim w instytucji zhierarchizowanej. Opisując autorytet deontyczny i epistemiczny, wzorowano się na modelu współczesnego oficera oraz na jego obrazie sprzed I wojny światowej. Wnioski zostały oparte o krytyczną analizę literatury przedmiotu oraz badania własne przeprowadzone w środowisku oficerów Wojsk Lądowych.
