Poczucie Skuteczności A Proaktywność Młodych Osób W Kontekście Planowania Kariery

Abstract

Opracowanie koncentruje się na zagadnieniach proaktywności oraz poczucia własnej skuteczności młodych osób w kontekście realizacji ich kariery. Zagadnienia te zyskują szczególne znaczenie w odniesieniu do grupy osób planujących i rozpoczynających karierę zawodową. Decyzje podejmowane w okresie rozpoczęcia aktywności zawodowej oddziałują znacząco na dalsze życie – zarówno osobiste, jak i zawodowe. Odpowiedzialność za jej kształt i przebieg przesunięta została w stronę jednostki jako jej realizatora. W badaniach uczestniczyło 133 studentów ostatniego semestru studiów pierwszego stopnia Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego. Zastosowano w nich Kwestionariusz Skali Zachowań Proaktywnych w Karierze oraz Skalę Uogólnionej Własnej Skuteczności. Otrzymane wyniki poddano analizie statystycznej z wykorzystaniem wybranych metod.
