Abstract

Esej omawia rozbieżności między literalnie rozumianym tekstem prawa i znaczeniem mu przypisywanym w różnych dyskursach interpretacyjnych; podkreśla też nieświadomość części uczestników dyskursu co do istnienia tych rozbieżności oraz próby manipulowania tą rozbieżnością w celach gospodarczych (maksymalizacja zysku, "wojny interpretacyjne"). Porusza również problem efektywności ochrony prawnej interesów obywatela i konsumenta. W konkluzji podkreśla się, że zaufanie ludzi do prawa jest fundamentem, na którym się opiera zdrowa gospodarka.
