Ekonomia i społeczne imaginarium

Abstract

Stare teorie i idee gospodarcze nie pasują do nowej rzeczywistości. Na ich podstawie nie można kształtować odpowiedniej polityki gospodarczej. Współcześnie zawodzi model gospodarowania, w którym efektywność tak góruje nad produktywnością, że ją osłabia i ruguje. Trzeba w ekonomii odbudować i ożywić tradycję jej zakorzenienia w filozofii moralnej. Ekonomia nie może koncentrować uwagi tylko na efektywności i wzroście produkcji; musi rozpatrywać przede wszystkim jakość życia i trwały rozwój. Przyjęte w niej perspektywy poznawcze i związane z nimi pojęcia powinny sprzyjać upodmiotowieniu jednostek i wspólnot, a nie ich uprzedmiotowieniu. Ekonomia powinna stać się "ekonomią wartości". Wtedy będzie służyć generowaniu wartości ekonomicznej i podtrzymywalności działalności gospodarczej człowieka. (abstrakt oryginalny)
