Abstract

Monografię można polecić studentom kierunków socjologicznych, prawniczych, ekonomicznych, pracownikom i zarządzającym instytucjami pożyczkowymi, a także konsumentom korzystającym z pożyczek pozabankowych. Jedyne moje zastrzeżenie jako recenzenta dotyczy określenia "firma pożyczkowa", które pojawia się w tytule i w treści monografii, ponieważ w momencie wydawania publikacji funkcjonowało już legalne określenie "instytucja pożyczkowa" oraz jego normatywna definicja. W mojej opinii użycie takiego właśnie określenia byłoby bardziej adekwatne zarówno w tytule, jak i treści publikacji. (fragment tekstu)
