Zagraniczna pomoc finansowa i reformy gospodarcze w Grecji w walce z kryzysem oraz ich rezultaty

Abstract

Grecja to państwo UE najmocniej dotknięte następstwami światowego kryzysu gospodarczego; jest to państwo, które de facto zbankrutowało, a formalnemu ogłoszeniu niewypłacalności zapobiegła zagraniczna pomoc finansowa. Aby tę pomoc otrzymać, i w związku z zaistniałą sytuacją gospodarczą, Grecja od kilku lat radykalnie reformuje swoją gospodarkę. Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, jakie są gospodarcze skutki tych reform oraz pomocy finansowej z zagranicy. W artykule omówiono reformy gospodarcze podjęte przez władze Grecji oraz przedstawiono zmiany w sytuacji gospodarczej tego kraju zachodzące pod wpływem tych reform oraz zagranicznej pomocy gospodarczej. Autor twierdzi, że rezultaty wprowadzanych od kilku lat reform, pomocy finansowej z zewnątrz czy umorzenia części zadłużenia Grecji jak do tej pory są bardzo skromne, a problem wyjścia Grecji z kryzysu gospodarczego ciągle pozostaje nierozwiązany.
