Próba empirycznej weryfikacji hipotezy płac efektywnościowych w Polsce

Abstract

Hipoteza płac efektywnościowych sugeruje wynagrodzenia wyższe niż produktywność pracy na tych rynkach pracy, gdzie pracownicy mają większe bodźce do "bumelowania". W artykule podjęto próbę empirycznej weryfikacji występowania płac efektywnościowych w Polsce, korzystając z danych Badania Aktywności Ekonomicznej Ludności (BAEL) za lata 1995-2010. Strategia identyfikacyjna bazuje na testowaniu własności reszt losowych z równania płac Mincera oszacowanego na danych panelowych, z rozróżnieniem osób zmieniających i niezmieniających pracy. Wyniki dają podstawę, aby potwierdzić stosowanie płac efektywnościowych w Polsce. (abstrakt oryginalny)
