Dane, informacje i wiedza w łańcuchu dostaw

Abstract

Przedmiotem rozważań w artykule są przepływy informacyjne w łańcuchach dostaw, tzn. przepływy danych, informacji i wiedzy. Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka potrzeb przedsiębiorstw w zakresie danych, informacji i wiedzy, a także empiryczna analiza sposobów i uwarunkowań przetwarzania danych oraz tworzenia i rozwijania wiedzy w łańcuchach dostaw. Analiza oparta jest na wynikach badań ankietowych wśród przedsiębiorstw przeprowadzonych w 2012 r. Autor zwraca szczególną uwagę na kluczowe obszary analizy danych, podporządkowanie przetwarzania danych relacjom biznesowym, sposoby tworzenia i rozwijania wiedzy oraz zasadnicze działania przedsiębiorstw w tym zakresie. Zwraca także uwagę na poziom dojrzałości łańcucha dostaw, w którym funkcjonują badane przedsiębiorstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)
