Decyzje emerytalne w ekonomii : implikacje dla polskiego systemu emerytalnego

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest usystematyzowanie teoretycznego i empirycznego dorobku ekonomii w obszarze problematyki decyzji emerytalnych oraz ocena implikacji, jakie z tego dorobku wynikają dla polskiego systemu emerytalnego i jego reformowania. Główną przesłankę podjęcia tej tematyki w artykule stanowi pomijanie tej ważnej problematyki w debacie publicznej i akademickiej o polskim systemie emerytalnym lub pomniejszanie jej znaczenia. W artykule kolejno omówiono podstawy teoretyczne podejmowania decyzji emerytalnych i będące ich konsekwencją rodzaje tych decyzji, ich cechy oraz uwarunkowania. Następnie wskazano implikacje, jakie z dorobku teoretycznego i empirycznego nauk ekonomicznych w obszarze decyzji emerytalnych mogą wynikać dla polskiego systemu emerytalnego. Silny akcent położono na znaczenie omawianej problematyki zarówno dla oceny systemu emerytalnego, jak i planowania jego dalszych reform. (abstrakt oryginalny)
