Efektywność inwestycji publicznych w kapitał ludzki

Abstract

Kapitał ludzki to jeden z najważniejszych czynników decydujący o rozwoju gospodarczym, a inwestowanie w ten kapitał pomnaża bogactwo kraju, przyspiesza postęp cywilizacyjny i zwiększa konkurencyjność kraju w wymianie międzynarodowej. Celem badawczym opracowania jest ocena efektywności inwestycji publicznych w kapitał ludzki w krajach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej metodą programowania liniowego Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Opracowanie obejmuje następujące treści: 1) Znaczenia kapitału ludzkiego dla wzrostu i rozwoju gospodarczego. 2) Założenia metodologiczne Data Envelopment Analysis. 3) Model oceny efektywności inwestycji publicznych w kapitał ludzki modą DEA. 4) Interpretacja wyników badań.
