Abstract

Настоящая статья является первой частью обзорного исследования, посвященного оценке государственной поддержки развития обрабатывающей промышленности Казахстана с 2003 по 2024 годы через призму достижения ключевых стратегических целей. В статье представлен обзор двух программам реализации индустриальной политики – Стратегии индустриально-инновационного развития 2003–2015 годов и Государственной программы форсированного индустриально-инновационного развития 2010–2014 годов, в которых ставился акцент на диверсификациию экономики и снижение зависимости от сырьевой направленности. В работе анализируется результативность применяемых инструментов в достижении целей программ, заявленных задач и индикаторов эффективности, их соответствие реальным вызовам и возможностям обрабатывающей промышленности страны.
