Abstract

В данной работе проводится всесторонний анализ пенсионной системы Казахстана от ее становления и развития до оценки текущего состояния и перспектив дальнейшего реформирования. Статья включает рассмотрение исторической эволюции пенсионной системы, законодательных изменений и реформ, повлиявших на ее формирование. Важное место уделено анализу современного состояния пенсионного обеспечения, включая как выплаты из государственного бюджета, так и функционирование накопительной пенсионной системы. Особое внимание обращается на обязательные и добровольные компоненты накоплений, а также на роль пенсионных аннуитетов. Автор рассматривает работы о международной оценке пенсионной системы Казахстана, выявляет ее преимущества и недостатки. На основе проведенного анализа предлагаются возможные пути реформирования системы, учитывая опыт зарубежных стран. Работа может быть полезной для специалистов в области социальной политики, экономистов, а также всех, кто интересуется вопросами пенсионной системы Казахстана.
