Abstract

Данная статья посвящена анализу развития рынка жилой недвижимости в Республике Казахстан в условиях пандемии и постпандемии, а также о влиянии последних событий на повышение цен за жилой квадратный метр. // This Paper is devoted to the review of the housing market development in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the environment of pandemic and post-pandemic as well as of the impact of recent developments on the rise in prices of a square meter of residential property.
