Abstract

В статье рассмотрены цели и задачи центрального банка при предоставлении экстренной ликвидности банкам в качестве заимодателя последней инстанции. Приведены основные принципы и условия заимствования, применяемые центральными банками зарубежных стран, которые способствуют поддержанию стабильности финансовой системы и обеспечивают минимизацию кредитных рисков.
