Abstract

С момента обретения независимости национальная банковская система Казахстана развивалась значительными темпами. Немаловажную роль в данном процессе сыграло введение в 1999 году в Казахстане системы обязательного гарантирования депозитов, позволившей предоставить населению гарантии по сохранности и возвратности их сбережений, что побудило многих вкладчиков хранить свои сбережения именно в банках, а не в «домашних условиях». В статье приведен анализ зарубежного опыта страхования депозитов с целью определения дальнейших направлений развития национальной системы гарантирования депозитов и внедрения наилучших международных практик в данной сфере.
