Развитие Рынка Безналичных Расчетов В Карагандинской Области

Abstract

Сегодня расширение сферы использования безналичных расчетов является одной из ключевых государственных задач. Самым динамично развивающимся инструментом для осуществления безналичных расчетов на данном этапе является банковская платежная карточка. На протяжении последнего десятилетия банковские платежные карточки прочно вошли в нашу жизнь и в банковском деле карточный бизнес занял лидирующие позиции. Банковские платежные карточки, являясь основой развития системы безналичных розничных платежей в стране, способствуют, прежде всего, сокращению наличного денежного обращения, снижению доли «теневой» экономики, повышению прозрачности финансовых операций субъектов хозяйствования и граждан, а также улучшения банковского обслуживания населения. Платежная карточка является наиболее доступным инструментом вовлечения в экономику наличной денежной массы, находящейся в мелкорозничном товарно-денежном обороте, перевода ее в безналичный оборот.
