Abstract

На протяжении последних лет мы являемся свидетелями значительных изменений в сфере финансовых услуг, особенно платежного «ландшафта». Активное проникновение информационно-коммуникационных технологий в повседневную жизнь, значительный рост использования смартфонов и других портативных устройств, привело к кардинальному изменению поведенческих и потребительских привычек населения. Клиенты ожидают от банков быстрых решений, которые будут органично вписываться в их «цифровую» жизнь и смогут адаптироваться к их растущим потребностям и желаниям. В этой связи, в данной статье будут рассмотрены изменения, происходящие в мире в области моментальных розничных платежей и адаптация таких тенденций на казахстанском рынке.
