Abstract

В связи с расширением спектра финансовых услуг, оказываемых финансовыми организациями населению как потребителям финансовых услуг, растет необходимость в защите прав потребителей, которые пользуются этими услугами. Закон «О защите прав потребителей» не касается потребителей финансовых услуг. В этой связи на Национальный Банк, как регулятора финансового сектора страны, была возложена функция по защите прав потребителей финансовых услуг. Проводимая филиалом работа по защите прав потребителей финансовых услуг подтверждает актуальность и необходимость продолжения работы по повышению финансовой грамотности населения.
