Состояние Реального Сектора Экономики Павлодарской Области: Результаты Мониторинга За 2 Квартал 2014 Года

Abstract

На современном этапе развития экономики страны исключительно важным для предприятий является своевременное создание государством наиболее благоприятных условий для поддержания устойчивого долгосрочного экономического роста. Со стороны Национального Банка реальным вкладом в достижение этой цели должно стать повышение результативности денежно‐кредитной политики, обеспечивающей создание условий для более активного участия банковской системы в повышении деловой активности, улучшении инвестиционного климата реального сектора экономики. Для успешного решения этих задач Национальному Банку необходимы независимые оперативные оценки изменения показателей экономической конъюнктуры, инвестиционного климата, финансового состояния в реальном секторе экономики. Формирование таких оценок на сводном уровне связано с получением от предприятий оценок складывающейся экономической ситуации и ожидаемых изменений в рамках опросов, ежеквартально проводимых Национальным Банком.
