Abstract

Пенсионная система играет важнейшую роль в системе социального обеспечения. При этом создание пенсионной системы, отвечающей экономическим, политическим и демографическим рискам, является вызовом для многих государств мира. В целях решения данного вопроса, Всемирный Банк рекомендует странам использовать многокомпонентную пенсионную систему. Целью настоящей статьи является сравнение компонентов Всемирного Банка с действующей системой пенсионного обеспечения и анализ проблем, связанных с каждым компонентом в существующей пенсионной системе Казахстана.
