Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на уровень социальных расходов в таких странах, как Беларусь, Казахстан, Россия, Турция и Украина. Проведен сравнительный анализ источников финансирования и выявлены особенности финансового обеспечения систем социальной защиты, проанализирован уровень расходов государства на социальное обеспечение. В целях обеспечения сопоставимости и сравнения систем социального обеспечения в анализ были введены некоторые допущения: в количество пенсионеров включены получатели пенсий по возрасту, потере кормильца и утрате трудоспособности. Кроме того, дополнительная информация, приводимая в целях сопоставимости, приводится в сносках либо в тексте статьи.
