Abstract

В 2014 году исполнится 13 лет с момента создания суверенного фонда нашей страны – Национального фонда Республики Казахстан. За эти 13 лет Национальный фонд стал неотъемлемой частью экономики страны, пережив вместе с ней и подъемы и спады. Таким образом, в разные периоды в зависимости от состояния экономики Национальный фонд выполнял разные функции.
