Abstract

В связи с принятием Закона Республики Казахстан от 21 июня 2012 года «О внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты Республики Казахстан по вопросам противодействия легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных незаконным путем, и финансированию терроризма и обналичивания денег», а также постановления Правительства Республики Казахстан от 29 декабря 2012 года № 1743 «Об утверждении отдельных видов деятельности, при осуществлении которых на территории Республики Казахстан индивидуальные предприниматели или юридические лица обязаны обеспечить установку в местах осуществления своей деятельности оборудования (устройства), предназначенного для приема платежей с использованием платежных карточек, а также принимать платежи с использованием платежных карточек» (далее – Постановление Правительства Республики Казахстан), развитие безналичной системы платежей в Алматинской области существенно изменилось.
