Abstract

Платежные системы обеспечивают расчеты между субъектами товарноденежных и иных отношений. Современная экономика во многом построена по принципу дистанционного расчета за товары и услуги и от того, насколько эффективно работает система расчетов, зависит успешное развитие всей экономики. При этом, если крупные сделки между компаниями, как правило, ввиду удобства и иных причин осуществляются в безналичном порядке, то большая доля мелких или розничных платежей за наличные деньги. Причиной тому в немалой степени служит несовершенство существующих альтернатив наличным деньгам. В качестве альтернативы может выступать система безналичного расчета, обеспечивающая быструю и удобную передачу денег, безопасность и невысокую стоимость операции.
